ONE by ONE: Student Voice - What does success look like for our youth? - January 28, 2016

The Jacksonville Public Education Fund, in collaboration with several local organizations, has assembled a group of dynamic and driven Duval County youth to share their passions and personal definitions of success. Our goal is to amplify these student voices in order to uncover areas in which our community can support their journey to success in school and beyond.

We welcome community members, public school parents, teachers, school administrators and organizations working directly with local public school students to attend and join in the conversation following the student presentations.

Together, we will envision what Jacksonville would look like if all of our students had access to the resources they need to be successful. After the students presentations, participants will engage in table discussion to generate concrete ideas that address any gaps to support the students’ definition of success. We anticipate exciting ideas that will incorporate students’ voices and needs in a coordinated way.

Please join us at one of our three regional events for an inspirational morning to help uncover ways to help our students reach their goals. Light snacks and coffee will be served.
